to this special journey of self-discovery, healing, and connection. We’ll dive into yoga, breathwork, meditation, and other tools to rejuvinate our souls, expand our practice, and personally grow.

weekend itinerary

thursday evening
Arrive at our retreat home around 5pm for a relaxing start to the weekend. Hors d’oeuvres and dinner will be provided as you unpack, unwind, and get to know your new friends. We will have a gentle yoga flow around 7pm then chat around the fire before bed.
Please note the home is an alcohol free space.

friday and saturday
Our two full days together have similar schedules. You may choose to join us at the beach for a sunrise meditation. Or maybe it's a rare chance for you to savor the luxury of sleeping in. Your choice ☺
Breakfast, coffee, and tea are offered every morning at the house to enjoy as a group. We will host a yoga workshop and discussion, then offer a yoga class.
We break for lunch and free time. You could relax at the house, head to the beach, explore shops in town, or get a massage. Lunch will not be provided due to this unstructured free time.
After free time, we will hold another workshop discussion and yoga or activating breathwork class. One night we will go into town for dinner at one of our favorite local restaurants. Another night we will have a lovely family style dinner at the house. After dinner, time is all yours. Relax and read at the house, explore Rehoboth’s local artist market, or stroll along the boardwalk.

On our final morning, we will flow together, then have a wonderful brunch at home as we reflect on the weekend. We will say our goodbyes around 12pm noon.

Hi friends! We're a mother-daughter team that believes in the power of yoga, meditation, breathwork, and the healing power of the ocean. Rehoboth has been part of our lives for decades, and we are SO excited to host you at our happy place.
Throughout our own personal journeys, we’ve found our practices are not just about flexibility or strength. They are tools for self-awareness, healing, and a deeper sense of love and connection to ourselves and the world around us. We create a welcoming, inclusive space where students may explore their bodies, minds, and hearts with curiosity and compassion. Find peace, connect with nature, be vulnerable, and explore your inner self.
When Anna was in middle school, Laura brought Anna to her first yoga class, then later inspired her to go to yoga teacher training. With a combined 12 years of teaching, Laura is 500 hour yoga certified and Anna is 200 hour. We blend gentle yet powerful techniques that support both the body’s physical being and the mind’s need for stillness.
We are continually inspired by the growth that occurs when we take time to nurture our inner world. Whether it’s through an activating breathwork session, a liberating yoga flow, or quiet moments during meditation, we are here to guide you on your own path to wellness, balance, and self-compassion.
